Blake Ashby
President and CEO

With 18 years experience in business startups, Blake was a cofounder and president of one of the first data-centric competitive phone providers in the Midwest. Acquired by Primary Network, it grew and was later acquired by Mpower Communications. He was also a co-founder and president of GameRail, a high-speed network company serving online gaming and an early shareholder and consultant with Envisioneering Medical Technologies. He also authored the original business plan for SAVVIS Communications and was a founding member of an electronic standards development body for the U.S. Meat and Poultry Industry, mpXML.org, and served as their Executive Vice President. Other ventures have included software development, communications technologies as well as foodservice and food production companies. Blake enjoys politics and hopes to change the world.

Scott Ashby
Director of New Business Development

Scott has over 49 years of sales, sales management and sales training experience. He had a successful tele-selling consulting business for over 30 years, working with a wide variety of business-to-business industries, markets and selling situations. He has hands-on experience in helping almost 400 clients, including small to mid-market to Fortune 500 firms, implement or further develop proactive, consultative, relationship-building telephone selling programs. Prior to having his own business, he spent eight years as a telephone selling manager and six years as an Associate Sponsor/Area Manager with the Dale Carnegie Courses.

Philip Slavin
Vice President, Operations

Phil has over 25 years experience in healthcare management.   Prior to joining Adjudica Phil served as Vice President, Operations of ForeSee Health, the chronic disease management division of Mercy Health Plans in St. Louis, MO. Phil was responsible for all aspects of the division’s operations from business and strategic planning to operationalizing clinical programs, including establishment of revenue/expense projections, staffing guidelines, pricing models,  sales/marketing, IT systems, accreditation and outcomes reporting.    Prior to his role with ForeSee Health, Phil was Executive Director of Barnes Eyecare Network , an integrated network of over 200 optometrists and ophthalmologists affiliated with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Washington University School of Medicine. Phil provided leadership and oversight for all network operations including marketing, business development, contracting, payor/provider relations, claims processing, reimbursement systems, utilization management, credentialing and quality improvement.
