William Peck, M.D.

Dr. Peck, former executive vice chancellor for medical affairs at Washington University in St. Louis, dean of the School of Medicine and president of the Medical Center, currently directs the University's Center for Health Policy. As director, he leads the center's study and analysis of social disparities in access to health care, the rising cost of health care for businesses, and the impact of new health product discoveries in and on the marketplace.

During his 14-year tenure as dean, the Washington University School of Medicine became one of the nation's finest. On his watch, the school built the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center, which received national recognition by becoming one of the National Cancer Institute's designated cancer centers.

Among Dr. Peck's many honors are an honorary doctorate from the University of Rochester, membership in the Institute of Medicine, Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the St. Louis Business Journal, the Paul Harris Fellow Award of Rotary International, the Legacy Award of the National Children's Cancer Society, and the Second Century Award of Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Peck also serves on the boards of numerous companies and organizations.

John Struckhoff
Chief Product Officer

With 35 years of experience in commercial software development, product management and channel distribution, John held engineering, programming, and model development positions in the electrical utility industry. In 1979, John founded his first company--SSP Time Share. SSP evolved into Healthcare Informatics, Inc., the largest distributor of the Medical Manager product in the mid-western states. John was also founder, president and CEO of Care Information Systems, a practice management and medical records products company. He also served at VantageMed as the SVP of Product Management and as product management partner at PowerFlow Solutions, a document and content management company. John also has launched a technology consulting practice and a personal health record internet company. When John is not working on product development, you will find him in the garden or woodworking shop — still thinking about technology.

Richard Citrin, Ph.D., MBA
Consulting Psychologist

Dr. Citrin brings his 20 plus years of experience in health care management to the Adjudica team. A licensed psychologist, Richard’s career in health care began when he founded one of the largest behavioral health care clinics in the Southwest that he later sold to Corphealth, a national health care company. He worked for Corphealth for 7 years as a senior leader helping turn that company into a leading health improvement organization that was eventually purchased by Humana Health Care. Richard was soon recruited by the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where where he led a team at the UPMC Health Plan that developed new ways to engage health plan members in improving the management and understanding of their own health care responsibilities. Richard has published and is a frequent speaker on health care issues including health improvement, patient engagement and resilience. He now heads his own consulting company, Citrin Consulting specializing in health care and executive leadership development.
